Bucharest, Romania – March 9, 2004 – Ubisoft, the leading global video games producers, and CBS Consumer Products, CBS Enterprises, a division of CBS Broadcasting Inc.. and Alliance Atlantis, today announced an exclusive agreement that allows the group Ubisoft publish PC games based on well-known television series CSI: Miami. The launch of this new CSI game is scheduled for winter 2004-05.
Developed by 369 Interactive, CSI: Miami will have the same format as successful games series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Players will solve some complex cases, with stars of the show. Investigations involving the use of instruments used to collect forensic evidence, as well as interviews and puzzles.
“We will give this game and attention to detail that has made CSI: Crime Scene Investigation a series so popular in the U.S. and Europe,” said Tony Van, Executive Producer CIS. “We look forward to using all the means that have made CSI: Miami a unique serial and give them life in our game.”
